WASH the rocket lettuce and pat dry using a clean kitchen towel.
PLACE the large skillet on medium-high heat and wait for it to heat up. Don't add anything else in the pan except for a tortilla one at a time. BAKE each large tortilla until browned on each side.
REMOVE the tortilla from the pan and divide cream cheese over one side of the tortilla using a butter knife. ADD chicken fillet slices, handful rocket lettuce and finish by adding (freshly ground) pepper.
WRAP the tortilla shut and slice into smaller pieces using a chefs knife. Enjoy your super fast tortilla roll-up!
