This is a very basic, healthy and fast recipe for vegan banana milk. Using only 4 ingredients, this will be a great way to start your day!
REMOVE the seed from the dates in case there are any. PEEL the banana.
ADD in a glass of water along with two seedless dates into the blender. BLEND until the dates aren't so chunky anymore. ADD in the banana and maple syrup, then blend until smooth.
Have a taste and determine whether the vegan banana milk needs more syrup and or water. POUR the banana milk into the tall glass trough a sieve to remove unwanted chunks. Enjoy!
