Creating your own spice mixes is so much tastier, and it's also super easy. Done in a jiffy, really! You should try our bami goreng spice mix someday.

Thank you for the recipe, I will now make my own mix, the Cominex mixes I get at the Dutch store is so salty, I get a bloated face every time. This should do the trick. I will also add the dried vegies that are in the prepared mixes.
I totally agree on the saltiness of the Conimex mixes (at the Dutch stores). Adding the dried veggies is a great idea :)

I am so glad for this spice mix recipe. I am extremely sensitive to MSG and salt, now I can make my own without those 2 added ingredients. I can now make my bami and nasi lower in salt and no MSG. Thank you so much.
