Remove the meat from the refrigerator and let set to room temperature.
Add 50 ml of soy sauce along with the juice of a ½ lemon, 50 gram brown sugar and a clove of garlic into a small blender. Puree until smooth and slowly add in 20 ml sesame oil and 75 ml sunflower oil while mixing.
You'll notice that the oil thickens the sauce. Slice the beef tenderloin into strips and cover with a tiny amount of oil.
Heat up the griddle pan on high heat and grill the beef tenderloin strips quickly on both sides. Make sure to leave a grill mark on both sides, but don't overcook the meat.
Season the beef tenderloin using salt and pepper and serve with the sauce. It's possible to quickly heat up the sauce, but this is not a requirement.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with fries, krupuk and a fresh chicory salad. Enjoy your meal!
