  • 4 corn cobs
  • 1 tablespoon salt + extra
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 knobs of butter
  • optional: fresh parsley

Preparation – 5 minutes

Fill a large saucepan with water, add 1 tablespoon salt and 4 tablespoons sugar and bring to a boil.

Remove the husk and silks from the corn cobs if necessary.

Finishing the cooked corn on the cob – 10 minutes

Once the water is boiling, place the corn cobs in the water and cook for about 10 minutes.  

Remove the corn cobs from the water and sprinkle them with a little salt.

Garnish the corn on the cob with parsley and serve with a knob of butter. Enjoy your dinner!
