Classic French madeleines are very easy lovely looking and tasting mini cakes. They get even better using beurre noisette. Ready in 20 minutes.

Gravatar van A_Boleyn I can't remember the last time I made madeleines ... was it this year? They're nice unassuming little treats and not overly sweet. I have them with a cup of tea or coffee or just spoon some lemon curd on them depending on the flavour. I've tried to get the hump but haven't managed yet. :)
