Hello Marco and Veronique. As I do not have a smoker and my supermarket doesn't sell smoked chicken, could I add liquid smoke for the smoky flavor? This looks marvelous and I have all the ingredients so I want to make it for dinner tonight, but just wanted to find out about the smoky taste. Thank you.

I think it could be possible to add liquid smoke, but I'm not a 100% sure cause I've never tried it myself. But I am familiar with some sort of powder that gives a smokey flavor, and that would do the trick. Will you let us know how it turned out? Cause now I am curious :D
