Dutch brittle cookies, also known as knapkoek here in the South of the Netherlands is a cookie that reminds me of my grandmother. Crunchy goodness!
Heya! Just finished making these! They were very easy to make overall...Quick preparation time and a simple cooking method :)
Our oven is a apparently a bit weak, so I first took it the batch out, let it cool, and then regretted and put it back in for a bit longer :P
It came out fantastic and delicious :)
