Always wanted to make your own falafel? It's full of flavors, vegetarian and it only takes a little love and time to make them.
I don't know why I never thought to use chickpea flour in my falafel. It's a great dish. 
What do you usually use as flour in your falafel ? :)
Just regular all purpose flour to help with the binding of the falafel.
