Golden beets are a bit sweeter than red beets. Very tasty, but also pretty as an addition to salads. But also try our gorgeous roasted golden beet soup.
i just love golden beets, the colour is seriously incredible. i usually roast them off but am so inspired now to make a soup out of them . so pretty!
