Could you please let me know if I can use gelatin powder? If so, how much and what is the procedure?
Ohmydish commented at 2019-06-01 10:37:32
Yes, you can always use all kinds of gelatin. 10 gram gelatin (= 7 leaves) is the same as 15 gram powder. The procedure is about the same, soak in a bit of cold water before dissolving it in warm water/milk/liquid.

am from canada just wondering what does dl stand for
Ohmydish commented at 2021-10-10 11:46:13
Hi Tamara, dl stands for deciliter, I will change it to ml (milliliters) 1.5 dl = 150 ml Have a great day!
