Light and crunchy tuile biscuits are a traditional French recipe. Soft and fragile when they come out from the oven, great for coffee or tea.
These look wonderfully simple and elegant. I will give them a go soon.

I've yet to try tuiles though it's been on my radar for some time to give them a try.
