Making the seasoning is very easy. All you have to do is to melt the butter in a saucepan on a medium-high fire. Then add in either sambal or pepper paste to taste and mix together.
Add the juice of about half a lime to the mixture and stir together. Please be sure to have the husks and silk removed from the corn (otherwise it won't be edible) then rub the corn with the seasoning.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 392 Fahrenheit. Wrap each corn cob tightly with aluminium foil and cook in the oven for about 45 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley. We've certainly enjoyed eating these corn on the cobs.
