Finely chop the garlic cloves. Slice the chicken fillets into thin slices, this will ensure that the chicken will be well cooked throughout. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. By using a separate dish combine the grated parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs (or panko).
Place another dish alongside the other and add the flour to it, and repeat this step for the eggs. Whisk the eggs beforehand. Dip the chicken fillets into the flour, then transfer them to the plate with the whisked eggs in it.
Dip it again on the plate with the cheese and breadcrumbs mixture. Set aside, and repeat for the other 3 fillets.
Place a large skillet on medium-high fire and add in butter and chopped garlic. Bake until the fillets are golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately or use your oven to keep the chicken warm.
