Add the strawberries along with a tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar to the sauce pan and heat them slowly.
The exact amount of sugar you want to add depends on the taste of the strawberries, some are sweeter than others. Once the strawberries are soft, you can create a sauce using a fork. Let the strawberry sauce cool down a bit.
Stir the yogurt along with 2/3rd of the strawberry sauce. Divide 2 spoons of the yogurt at the bottom of each glass, crumble some of the oreos on top.
Another 2 spoons of yogurt, the remaining strawberry sauce and finish with crumbled oreos, fresh raspberries and grated white chocolate if desired. Enjoy!
