Boil the nut rice for about 15 to 20 minutes and let simmer until fully cooked. Check if the rice is cooked well enough by tasting along while using a fork or spoon.
Chop the two pointed paprika into medium-sized squares and set aside.
Cook the bacon for a few minutes in a medium-sized skillet until brown and crisp. Cool the nut rice if it's too hot, preferably cooled to room temperature. Add in the nut rice, rocket melange, the bacon, all of the diced redpointed paprika and crumble the goat cheese on top.
Serve either on a big plate or deep bowl. Drizzle with (normal) olive oil, then garnish the dish with alfalfa and finish with adding salt and pepper to taste. This dish is so easy to make, can be great as either a starter or main course.
The goat cheese makes it savoury, while the rocket salad makes it light to digest. You can whip up this dish in about 20 to 30 minutes (max) for about 4 people.
