Making roasted Roseval potatoes with garlic - 50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius or 390 degrees fahrenheit.

Rinse the potatoes and cut them into chunks. There's no need to peel the potatoes. Peel the garlic cloves, that's it because we're going to use them as they are.

Add the potato chunks to the oven dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and a tablespoon of dried thyme.

Mix well and add the whole garlic cloves. Roast the potatoes for about 40 minutes until beautifully golden brown. The exact baking time depends on the oven and the size of the potato pieces. Enjoy!
