- 2 tablespoons (dried) oregano
- large pinch of chili powder of cayenne pepper
- olive oil
- about 100 ml cream
- about 150 gram grated cheese of your choice
- pepper and salt to taste

Kitchen equipment needed
- large pan
- colander
- cutting board & chef’s knife
- large skillet
- large oven dish
- wooden spoon
- oven
Preparation — 10 minutes
FILL a large pan with water and salt and bring to a boil. COOK the pasta and meanwhile PEEL and finely chop the red onion and garlic cloves. PRE-HEAT the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Finishing the oven-baked pasta — 30 minutes
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes. ADD ground beef and cook it a few minutes more. ADD paprika powder, oregano, chili powder, pepper and salt. Then also ADD the canned tomatoes along with a bit of the pasta water. Let it cook for a few minutes before you’ll add the cream.
DRAIN the pasta and stir into the ground beef sauce. SEASON with pepper and salt and STIR a handful of grated cheese into the pasta. DIVIDE the pasta over the oven dish and divide the rest of the grated cheese on top. BAKE in the oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
