Ingredients

  • 8 waxy potatoes
  • 3 twigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • (sea) salt

  • Oven
  • Baking tray
  • Greaseproof baking paper
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Clean kitchen towel

Preparation – 5 minutes

Wash the waxy potatoes, make sure to remove all the dirt. Pat try using a clean kitchen towel. Cover the baking tray with the greaseproof baking paper. Slice the potatoes into wedges, no need to remove the skin!

Divide the potato wedges over the baking tray. Crush the 3 cloves of garlic using the palm of your hand. Place the crushed garlic between the potato wedges.

Add 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary between the potatoes. Pour olive oil over the potato wedges and add (sea) salt to liking.

Finishing up the Oven baked potato wedges with rosemary and garlic – 30 minutes

Pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees celsius or 390 degrees fahrenheit. Place the baking tray into the pre-heated oven and bake the potato wedges crispy in 30 - 35 minutes, depending on the thickness.

Check the potatoes while baking. Remove the rosemary and garlic from the baking tray before serving. Enjoy your meal!
