First, create the sweet and sour red cabbage if you want to use it.
Rinse and peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces, for example into strips. Rinse the radishes and cut them into quarters. Cut the steak or bavette into quite small pieces.
Mix sweet soy sauce with sambal and sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a splash of sunflower oil in a medium skillet. Fry the carrot for a few minutes. Then, also add the radishes and steak.
After a few minutes, add the soy sauce mixture and season again with salt and pepper.
Slice the bread and divide the steak and sauce over the bread. Finish with red cabbage and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
