Making the bean sprout salad – 5 minutes
You can use a combination of black and white sesame seeds, if you wish.
Mix the bean sprouts with the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Serve immediately, otherwise the bean sprouts will lose their bite. A perfect salad to serve with a selection of indonesian dishes. Enjoy your dinner!
