Making the cajun chicken skewers -- 20 minutes

Soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning on the barbecue or grill. Remove any excess fat and muscles from the chicken fillets. Chop the chicken fillets into bite-size cubes and combine them with cajun seasoning.

Get your wooden skewers ready and lace the chicken pieces onto the skewers. Make sure the pieces of chicken are proportionally divided for the best cooking result.

Heat the grill pan and drizzle the chicken skewers with a bit of olive oil. Grill the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, turn occasionally.

CHECK if they're done and serve with a salad, such as this noodle salad. Enjoy!
