Peel the red onion and garlic cloves. Cut the red onion into thin half-rings and finely chop the garlic.
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut them into coarse pieces. Divide the broccoli into florets, not too large. Cut the flat beans into pieces.
Remove any excess fat and muscles from the chicken breasts and cut them into cubes. Drain the corn.
Heat a dash of olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cashews until golden brown. Transfer the cashews to a small bowl and set them aside.
Heat the olive oil again and fry the chicken cubes for a few minutes. Then fry the red onion and garlic for a few minutes.
Add broccoli, flat beans and bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes. After about 10 minutes, stir in the corn along with the chilli sauce.
Season with salt and pepper and stir in the cashew nuts. Serve with rice, enjoy!
