Preparation – 5 minutes

Crumble a handful of biscuits of your choice, such as Digestive biscuits or Graham Crackers. The best way to do this is to place the biscuits in a resealable bag and then roll over them with a rolling pin.

Finishing the Easy Advocate Mousse – 10 Minutes

Whip the cream until just under fully whipped, then stir in the advocaat. If you wish you can add a little sugar, to taste.

Layer small glasses with the advocaat mousse and biscuit crumbs. Use a knife to make chocolate shavings (you can also do this with a vegetable peeler). Garnish each glass with half a lady finger, enjoy!
