  • 2 seasoned pork sausages
  • 1/2 bottle gourd
  • 2.5 bell pepper (color to liking)
  • 1.5 carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to liking
  • 150 gram pasta of own choice

Preparation -- 15 minutes

PEEL the bottle gourd and remove its seeds. TRIM the carrots and slice the carrots and bottle gourd in chunks. PEEL the red onion and cloves of garlic and slice the red onion in half rings and finely slice the garlic.

REMOVE seeds from the bell peppers, wash and slice into chunks. PRE-HEAT the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius or 390 degrees Fahrenheit.

SLICE the pork sausages into smaller pieces and mix it along with the vegetables into the oven dish. ADD twigs of rosemary and drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper and salt.

Finishing up the pasta with oven-baked vegetables and sausage -- 30 minutes

FILL a large pan with water and some salt, then bring to a boil. COOK the pasta in the boiling water until done. PLACE the oven dish into the oven and cook it for about 15 minutes.

DRIZZLE generously with balsamic vinegar and cook for another 15 minutes. DRAIN the pasta and serve it with the oven-baked vegetables and sausage. Enjoy your meal!
