Preparation - 10 minutes
You can use a ready-made pizza base or make your own pizza dough.
The same goes for the bolognese sauce, although homemade bolognese is the tastiest.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 390 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Making Pizza Bolognese - 20 minutes
Dust the countertop and rolling pin with flour and roll out the pizza dough, not too thick but also not too thin.
Place the dough on the baking tray lined with baking paper and spread the bolognese sauce over it. Leave the edges free.
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into small pieces. Spread the bell pepper pieces over the pizza.
Finish with a handful of grated mozzarella and bake the pizza until golden brown in 10 to 15 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven and the thickness of the pizza. Enjoy!
