Great use of sausages instead of just cooking them in a skillet, create a flavorful pork sausage, tomato and spinach pasta. Everyone will love it!

Ingredients

  • 2 pork sausages
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 150 gram fresh spinach
  • 2 - 3 roasted paprika (we used store-bought, but you can easily roast them in the oven yourself)
  • olive oil
  • tablespoon dried oregano
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 100 gram feta cheese
  • 175 gram pasta of your choice

Preparation -- 10 minutes

PEEL and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Make sure your spinach is rinsed very well and then dried with a salad spinner.

CHOP the pork sausages and roasted paprika into pieces and set aside. FILL the large pan with water and salt and bring to a boil.

Finishing the pork sausage, tomato and spinach pasta -- 10 minutes

COOK the pasta according to the package. HEAT olive oil in the large skillet and saute the chopped onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the chopped pork sausages and saute a few minutes more.

Add the spinach, you'll probably need to add them in batches. After a few minutes, add dried oregano, roasted paprika and tomatoes. Let it simmer for a few minutes and season with pepper and salt.

DRAIN the pasta and serve with the tomato and spinach sauce. CRUMBLE over some feta cheese and enjoy!
