Delicious roasted almonds with smoked paprika and coarse sea salt makes for an amazing snack or tapas. Ready in under 15 minutes time.

IN the small bowl, mix two tablespoons smoked paprika together with half a tablespoon coarse sea salt using a fork. ADD in the unsalted roasted almonds into the bowl with the smoked paprika and sea salt.
ADD about 2 tablespoons olive oil, then coat all of the almonds. PREPARE the baking tray by adding a sheet of greaseproof paper on it. PRE-HEAT the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius or 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
SPREAD out the almonds over the baking tray, then place it into the pre-heated oven. ROAST the almonds nice and dark in about 6 - 8 minutes time, depending on how powerful the oven is.
REMOVE the almonds from the oven, let cool off to room temperature. Enjoy this delicious snack!
