Preparation - 10 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Combine the ground beef with onion and onion and season with ground lemon grass, ginger, soy sauce, sambal, pepper and salt.
Add an egg and bread crumbs until you can form meatballs. The more bread crumbs you will add, the dryer the taste of the meatballs will be.
Create a satay sauce, if you're using store-bought you can heat it up before serving.

Use your hands to form small meatballs. Heat a knob of butter in a medium-sized skillet and cook the meatballs for a few minutes on all sides.
The exact time depends on the size of the meatballs. Serve with satay sauce and extra peanuts, enjoy!
