IT's best to make your own dough for the pizza crust, but you can also use a store-bought pizza crust. Click here to learn how to create your own pizza dough from scratch.
Meanwhile pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees celsius or 390 degrees fahrenheit. Cover the pizza crust using a tablespoon with the passata, check the ingredients list to read how to quickly make your own passata.
Bake the pizza crust for about 10 minutes (or until ready) in the pre-heated oven. The exact time will vary depending on what kind of oven is used. Baking the pizza won't take long, since there are no topping yet. So keep an eye on it!

Finishing up the serrano ham and rocket pizza - 5 minutes
Remove the baked pizza crust from the oven. Place the pizza on a wooden board for easy serving. Divide 4 slices of serrano ham and a handful of rocket lettuce.
