Preparation - 15 minutes
Fill the medium-sized pan with about 2 liters water and salt and bring to a boil. Remove any excess fat or muscles from the chicken fillets and boil them for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Divide the broccoli into florets. Peel the butternut squash and potatoes and chop them into cubes.
Also chop the zucchini into cubes.

Finishing the spiced chicken and vegetable soup - 15 minutes
Heat olive oil in the large pan and sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add the cubes of butternut squash and sauté a few minutes more. Also add the broccoli and cook a bit longer.
Add the potatoes cubes along with the zucchini and spices to the pan and again cook a few minutes. Transfer the cooked chicken to your cutting board and add the water to the veggies.
Bring the soup to a boil and use 2 forks to create 'pulled chicken'. Add the chicken to the soup and season with pepper and salt. Serve with grated cheese and grilled bread. Enjoy!
