tip: you can make the tandoori spice mix yourself, or use a ready-made spice mix.

Preparation – 10 minutes + waiting time

Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Remove any excess fat and sinew from the turkey and cut it into cubes.

Mix the turkey pieces with the garlic cloves, yoghurt, spice mix, olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. Make sure everything is well mixed and leave it to marinate for at least an hour.

Finishing the tandoori turkey skewers – 10 minutes

Pierce all turkey pieces through the wooden skewers. If using a coal barbecue, heat it well in advance. If using a gas barbecue it is not necessary to preheat it.
