REMOVE the peel and seeds from the watermelon and cut them into pieces. BLEND the watermelon pieces with the white caster sugar until you've reached a smooth mixture.
ADD the vodka and strain it using a fine sieve into a large bowl.
POUR the watermelon mixture carefully into the popsicle moulds. PLACE in the freezer and wait for at least 3 to 4 hours until it's completely frozen.
To defrost them a little bit you should wait a few minutes and then they will pop right out with no trouble. You can freeze them up to 3 months, but I'll bet they won't last that long!
