If you want to make your own pizza dough, it's best to start with that so the dough has enough time to rise. Add the chicken breast to a medium-sized pan and fill with water.
Bring to a boil and then turn the heat a bit lower. Cook the chicken for about 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken breast.
Check if the chicken is completely done and then use 2 forks to create small pieces, or also known as pulled chicken. Add the pulled chicken to a bowl along with as much barbecue sauce as needed to create a nice mixture.
Combine well, it's supposed to be quite 'wet'. Drain the red kidney beans and corn in a colander. Divide the red onion and bell pepper into strips.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit and line an oven tray with parchment paper. Roll the pizza dough to the shape you want, the thinner the crust will be the crunchier it will be.
Divide a layer of passata over the bottom, leaving the edges free. Divide the rest of the ingredients over the pizza and season with some pepper and salt.
Bake the pizza for about 20 to 25 minutes, depending on your oven and the thickness of the pizza. . Serve with some extra barbecue sauce if you like, enjoy!
