Clean the mushrooms with a mushroom brush or kitchen paper and cut the mushrooms into quarters.
Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves and finely chop the parsley.
Heat a good glug of olive oil in a large frying pan over a low heat and add the garlic. After a few minutes, turn the heat to high and add half of the mushrooms.
If you add all the mushrooms at once, they will not brown nicely. After a few minutes, add the other half of the mushrooms and fry until they are a nicely golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately, enjoy your meal!
