Homemade Nasi Goreng Spice Mix - 5 Minutes
All the spices in this recipe can be found in any large supermarket. You can choose to use the spices in powdered form, then you just need to mix them well.
If you use whole spices like coriander and cumin seeds, you should crush them well with a mortar and pestle. This is quick when you smash and press at the same time.
