REMOVE any excess fat or muscles from the chicken breasts. COMBINE juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons mustard, 4 tablespoons honey and a teaspoon of paprika powder in a medium-sized bowl.
PLACE the chicken into the mixture and make sure they're all coated and let them marinate shortly.
HEAT olive oil in a medium-sized skillet. REMOVE the chicken breasts from the sauce and cook them for a few minutes on both sides. POUR in the sauce and a dash of water, put the lid on and let the chicken cook for about 5 minutes.
The exact time depends on the size and thickness of the chicken breasts. SERVE the chicken with the sauce, a salad and some potatoes. GARNISH with parsley and enjoy!
