Slice the lemon in two and squeeze out the juice from half of the lemon. The other half will be used for garnish later on. We prefer to use a glass juicer for the task. But there are a lot of other ways to get the most juice out of lemons or limes.
For example roll them on your work surface, cut them in half and squeeze the juice out with your hand. Sieve the lemon juice.
Grab a measuring cup and add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add 2 shot glasses filled with cointreau and the bottle of prosecco. Now fill the measuring cup with apple cider until you've reached 1 litre total.
Serve this jack cools cocktail immediately and if you prefer add some extra ice cubes. Garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy your cocktail!
