Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit and grease a pie dish with butter.
Place the sheet of puff pastry in the pie dish, roll the edges in slightly and poke holes in the puff pastry with a fork.
Bake the puff pastry for about 10 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the oven and the type of puff pastry you're using. Let the pie crust cool off completely.
Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Divide about 4 tablespoons of rosehip jam over the pie crust, don't make the layer too thick because the taste will overpower the pie.
Divide the mango cubes, raspberries and the contents of the passion fruit on top. Finish with fresh mint leaves, enjoy!
