Preparation - 5 minutes

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit. Remove the other sheets of the garlic bulbs, try to keep the bulb intact. Use a chef's knife or scissors to remove the tops of each garlic clove.

Try to keep the stalk intact and also repeat for the other garlic bulbs. Line an oven tray with parchment paper and add the garlic bulbs. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil, pepper and salt.

Finishing the roasted garlic - 10-15 minutes

Roast the bulbs in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until they're beautiful golden brown. Because you kept the stalks intact, you can use those to hold the bulbs.

Spread a clove over a piece of bread, ideal as a starter. The easiest way to do this is using a small spoon. Enjoy!
