This salad is super easy to make and makes for a delicious side-dish for other spicy foods. The lime juice makes the salad really fresh, while the honey and peppers add lots of flavours.
Preparation is easy, all you have to do is shred the green salad using the chef's knife. if you don't have a chef's knife, you can use a bread knife instead. In any case, use a long knife, this prevents cutting yourself on accident.
Finely chop up the two green peppers. If you want the salad to be spicy, include the seeds. Otherwise, remove them before slicing the peppers. Dice the red onion into small chunks.
Put the shredded green cabbage into the large bowl, add a nice squeeze of honey and about 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Season with salt. Tear up some fresh coriander and divide that over the salad.
Mix together, place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
