Making the Sriracha mayonnaise – 5 minutes

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice with your fingers into a small bowl.

Add 5 tablespoons of rich and creamy mayonnaise to the bowl, along with 1½ tablespoons of Sriracha and ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix everything together well using a whisk or tablespoon.

Taste to determine whether the Sriracha mayonnaise needs to be spicier. Add more of each ingredient as needed. Enjoy!
