Making the Sriracha mayonnaise – 5 minutes
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice with your fingers into a small bowl.

Add 5 tablespoons of rich and creamy mayonnaise to the bowl, along with 1½ tablespoons of sriracha and ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix everything together well using a whisk or tablespoon.
Taste to determine whether the sriracha mayonnaise needs to be spicier. Add more of each ingredient as needed. Enjoy!
What is Sriracha mayonnaise good with?
It’s great with fries, but also with grilled chicken or in a sandwich. It can be served with so many different dishes.
Which brand of Sriracha should I use?
The brand is not important, but a readily available brand is “Flying Goose”. Other brands of hot chilli sauce are fine to use.
