MIX corn flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. You can also use all-purpose flour if you can't find corn flour. Keep on mixing with a wooden spoon and ADD the egg.
Now pour in the milk little by little to create a smooth batter. DRAIN the corn kernels and add them to the batter.
DIVIDE the dough into equal-sized balls and flatten them with your hands. HEAT about 4 tablespoons of oil in the large skillet. Carefully place the cookies in the skillet and cook on each side for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
Or until both sides or beautiful golden brown. TRANSFER them to paper kitchen towels to get rid of the extra oil. Enjoy!
