Get the herbed cheese out of the fridge in advance, this way it's easier to spread. Rinse the cucumber and tomato under running cold water.
Divide the cucumber into thick slices. Chop the tomato into half and divide into thin slices. Slice the ham into squares, about the same size as the cucumber slices.
Place a slice of tomato on top of the cucumber and a square of ham. Place a bit of herbed cream on top and season with a bit of herbs of Provence and pepper and salt. Serve immediately, enjoy!
