Divide the turkey breasts into cubes, not too small or large. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Combine 2 teaspoons mustard with 5 large tablespoons of honey and finely chopped garlic in a large bowl.
Add the cubes of turkey and season with pepper and salt. Combine well and make sure they're completely coated. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Thread the marinated turkey onto the wooden skewers and repeat until all the turkey cubes are used.
Heat a grill pan or barbecue on medium-high heat and grill them on all sides until they're beautiful golden brown. While you're grilling the skewers you can add a bit of the marinade to them.
Serve immediately. They're delicious at a party or with some plain rice and salad, enjoy!
