We served this herb cream cheese inside of a magnolia leaf as part of a salad. Did you know most magnolia leaves are edible? make sure to always double-check which flowers are edible before you'll eat them!

Making your own herb cream cheese -- 5 minutes

If you get the cream cheese out of the fridge in advance, it's easier to stir later on. Remove the stems of the thyme and add the leaves to a medium-sized bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and also add it to the bowl.

Remove the stems of the parsley and finely chop the parsley. Stir the cream cheese along with thyme, garlic and parsley and season with pepper and salt. That's it, enjoy!
