The classic mojito is made with white rum, but if you don't like rum, you can replace it with vodka.

Use a peeler to peel the mango and cut a quarter of a ripe mango into pieces. Place the mango in the glass.
Cut a slice or wedge from the lime for garnish and cut half a lime into small wedges.
Place the lime wedges with 1 tablespoon (or 2 bar spoons) of brown sugar in the glass.

Use a muddler to crush the lime and mango so that all the flavors are released.
Add a handful of crushed ice along with 40 ml of rum and 40 ml of sparkling water and stir briefly with a bar spoon.
Finish the mango mojito with a sprig of mint, a lime slice or wedge, and a straw. Enjoy!
