Creating the pan fried chorizo — 5 minutes
Use a sharp knife to cut the chorizo sausage into thin slices, about half a centimeter thick (~0.20 inch). It depends on the type of chorizo you’re using if you need to add some extra oil to the skillet or not. Heat a bit of olive oil to a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the chorizo slices for a few minutes until they’ve got a bit of color to them.

Transfer the chorizo from the skillet with a skimmer or meat tongs. This way they won’t be too greasy. There’s no need to pat them dry. Serve this pan fried chorizo with some feta cheese cubes. Great as an appetizer, enjoy!
