Making the pan-roasted broccoli with garlic -- 15 minutes

Peel the red onion and garlic cloves. Cut the red onion into half rings and the garlic cloves as fine as possible. Divide the broccoli into florets, not too big.

Heat a bit of sunflower or other kind of neutral oil into the skillet on medium heat. Add the broccoli and after a few minutes also add the red onion. After another couple of minutes, also add the chopped garlic.

Add a small layer of water, as soon as the water has evaporated also add the sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir and season with pepper and salt.

You can SERVE this crunchy broccoli as a side dish, maybe with a delicious pork shoulder and roasted potatoes. Enjoy!
