You can also use a store-bought pizza crust, but a homemade crust will taste even better. Drain the mozzarella and divide into not too thick slices.
Peel the red onion and divide into (half) thin rings. Peel the apple(s) and divide into thin slices. Add passata to a small bowl and season with pepper and salt.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit and line an oven tray with parchment paper. Dust your work surface and rolling-pin with flour and roll out the dough.
The thinner the crust will be, the crunchier it will be. Divide a layer of passata over the bottom, leaving the edges free of sauce. Divide roquefort, mozzarella, red onion rings, duck slices and apple pieces over the pizza crust.
You can now season with some more pepper and salt if you like. Bake the pizza for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your oven. You can check the sides of the crust if the pizza is done.
Serve immediately, enjoy!
